We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner at our Grand Prairie TX production facility (on site, 5 days per week) to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. 

What we are looking for:   
Sensaria seeks a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Business Partner to be a trusted advisor for our team. You'll be a partner to managers and employees, tackling everything from onboarding to performance management. You'll also champion positive culture initiatives and ensure we stay compliant with employment laws.  
  Key Responsibilities:  
  • Partner with managers & employees on HR matters (policies, benefits, performance)
  • Lead performance process & goal setting within your assigned business unit
  • Champion HR projects and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Conduct workplace investigations & provide guidance to managers on employee relations
  • Train employees and managers on HR compliance topics
  • Support recruitment efforts & collaborate on talent acquisition strategies
We're looking for someone with:  
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in HR or related field
  • 5 years of HR Business Partner experience (or 5+ years in HR generalist role)
  • 3+ or more yrs experience in Employee Relations
  • Bi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish (strongly preferred 
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
  • Experience with HRIS systems like UKG, our current HRIS System
Bonus points for:  
  • PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR certification preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
