Job Description Overview:
| What you’ll do, |
| The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for driving a culture of operational excellence through the application of Lean Manufacturing Principals. This role leads continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on change leader with strong Lean expertise and the ability to coach teams at all levels. This role is onsite, 5 days per week at our Morrisville, NC offices and production facility off Interstate 40 near RDU and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). At this time, we cannot provide work sponsorship for this role. |
